About two years ago I took photos of a wedding for a family friend. I was just there for the celebration but took advantage of the moment and snuck in some photos of my own. The couple’s two year anniversary is coming up so I thought it was about time to share their photos with them. What do you think?? Perhaps it is a little delayed but as they say, “Better late than never”!
On June 11, 2011 I had the pleasure to attend my cousin’s wedding in North Carolina. The wedding took place along side Lake Logan nestled inside the mountains of North Carolina. This is one of the most peaceful, romantic, and nostalgic locations I have ever been to for a wedding. The wedding was filled with love from the time we arrived until the moment we left the secluded lake. The greatest part about this lake was that cell phone service did not reach it. With this, everyone was able to focus on the event at hand. The wedding ceremony was followed by a fantastic reception with the first dance being one for the books (or cameras!). Instead of a typical first dance, they showed their personalities with the most exciting and goofy wedding dance in history! Here are some of the photo I captured while attending the wedding. I wish the best to Gaby and Sarah on their new journey in life together!

At the moment I am working hard to get the last of the photos finished. In the mean time I figured I would post 3 more photos of the bride. I hope you like them! My favorite is the one of the eyes in the mirror.
